Catching some rays!
Click on the video above to see some of the "IT" Girls in action! With it being such a beautiful day, we took to the parking lot to enjoy a south Georgia Spring. It is a very exciting ending to the workout when Amanda Rooks flips the monster tire all by herself!

Unlimited workouts – 200 a month (no contract)

Personal Training
Training rates will vary depending on times and availability of the trainer.
1-on-1 Sessions:
1/2 Sessions (last approx.30min.) - 45 (Drop-in session is 55)
Full Sessions (last approx. 50min.) - 55 (Drop-in session is 65)
2/3-on-1 Sessions:
Full- 35 ea. Half- 25 ea.
4/5-on-1 Sessions:
Full- 25 ea. Half- 15
