Get in the ZONE!
Checkout this Sundays Column on the difference between the Carbohydrates that derive from Starchy foods such as Rice and Potatoes and the ones from veggies such as Broccoli and Asparagus. To train and preform like an Athlete you must also eat like one.
2nd Quarter T's
Here is the layout for the 2nd Quarter World Camp T-shirt. All will be black with the saying "Being weak is a choice… GET STRONG!" on the back. They are scheduled to arrive this coming week. The shirts will be available to clients at the facility. If you are not a client and wish to purchase a shirt, e-mail me with size and quantity. There are still a few 1st Quarter T's left as well. Remember, once the supply is gone, they're gone; so get yours today!
New Beginnings!!!
Work has officially begun on the on the expansion of World Camp Fitness!!! We will be moving from our cozy 1,400sq ft studio to a much needed 4,000sq ft facility in the next few weeks! Words can not express the excitement that I have for the future of our training. I use the term "our" because of you, the client, for which none of this dream that is World Camp could be possible. I am sincerely humbled knowing that you have bought into this way of training and my philosophies. I can't say it enough… Thank you, thank you, thank you! Feel free to checkout the Album titled "New Beginnings" for shots of the new facility as we get closer to the opening.
