The rope is finally up and ready to be thrown into workouts! Last night Davis knocked out a Hang Clean/ 15ft. rope ascent ensemble. Great job bro!
The Girls were stellar last night! All that had a PR on the Deadlift broke it by at least 20lbs! Super job! I have always told people that I am building a small army of women, or an army of small women. Either way, keep it up ladies!!!

Sweat Angels are alot more intense than their counterpart, the Snow Angel. Sweat angels are a sign of hard work and commitment to fitness. They are made by lying helplessly on your back after giving every bit of yourself to your workout. There have been many sighting of Sweat Angels around the camp so do not fear them! I like to think that the Sweat Angel is is a brief remembrance of what we once were, before we found true fitness. After each workout, leave your mark… Leave your Sweat Angel!
