It’s coming!
Well, New Years right around the corner and it is time to say our bittersweet goodbyes to 2011 and welcome 2012 with open arms! New Years is a great time to “start over” or start fresh and I understand that many of you have goals and things that you would like to accomplish. This week I will be posting ideas and suggestions on how to set goals in order to get you further down the road to fitness. Remember, Planning without action is futile, action without planning is fatal.
Intensity…
Look at the intensity and the concentration in Chris’ eyes in the photo above. Now, to the average person, it may look as if he is simply on a rower doing some “Cardio” however, he is in the middle of a 3000 meter team row and his team is counting on him! Gym hours and class times will not change from the regular this week, so we look forward to seeing you all in here!
Christmas Party!!!
Remember this Friday the 16th is our Christmas party here at WCCF! The gathering will start at 6pm so there will be no 5pm or 6pm class on Friday! Please bring a covered dish, doesn’t have to be Paleo either, and an unwrapped toy for the Lily Pad. We will not be doing gifts or Secret Santa this year in order to help others less fortunate through the Lily Pad! Thank you in advance!
