Why do I train? On one level, I train for the common reason of Health. On a deeper level, I train because I believe that forcing my body on a regular basis to do something that it doesn’t always want to do or that my mind may not think I can do helps me on my journey towards wholeness. For me, training at World Camp is like fasting- it is as much spiritual as it is physical. I train to purge weakness, to get clarity and to gain greater control over my body, mind and emotions.
Goals: To become more involved in the World Camp Community, to get a muscle up without having to think about it and to Press my body weight.
